Business Analysis: From strategic and master planning, economic and feasibility analysis through to environmental studies, statutory and concept planning and capital approval documentation.
Technical Analysis: Including specialist services such as industrial architecture, hygienic buildings, refrigeration, process controls and automation, and HAZOP/HACCP/HSNO reviews.
Procurement Strategies: These include contract formation and expediting of performance based or lump sum contracts and assistance with international procurement of overseas plant and equipment.
